Company Cancellation Policy

Your Appointment: What You Need to Know

We're dedicated to giving every client the best possible experience. To help us do that, please take a moment to review our policies:

Punctuality & Late Arrivals
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. This ensures you receive your full service.

  • If you're running late, please be considerate and call us right away at 512-730-1928 to let us know.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, you'll need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a 100% no-show fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • "No-shows" will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Deposits & Payment
  • All clients must have a credit card on file before booking any service.

  • A 50% deposit is required for Full Sets and New Client Fills.

Your Satisfaction
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you have any problems or concerns, please text our business line 24 hours a day at 512-730-1928.

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.

  • If you're ever dissatisfied with a service, please bring it to management's attention. We welcome all feedback to help us improve.

  • As part of our service, we may follow up with you by phone, text, or email.
