Your Appointment: What You Need to Know

Punctuality & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. This ensures you receive your full service.

If you're running late, please be considerate and call us right away at 512-730-1928 to let us know.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, you'll need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a 100% no-show fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

"No-shows" will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Deposits & Payment

All clients must have a credit card on file before booking any service.

A 50% deposit is required for Full Sets and New Client Fills.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.
