The Training Journey
Our rising stars begin their journey as Students, completing a strict series of full sets on live models under the direct, eagle-eyed supervision of our Senior Educators. They transition to independent appointments only after they have proven they can deliver the consistent, flawless results the Genie brand is known for.

Our Associates have completed our specialized Genie Training and are gaining experience in applying lash extensions. They focus on precise application, while still developing their styling skills and speed.

JUNIOR
Lash Genie Volume Certified, our Junior Stylists are skilled in creating diverse lash styles and hand-making their own volume fans. They are still broadening their expertise across various advanced techniques, but their experience allows them to apply lashes more quickly than our Associate Lash Artists.
